Timeslot Affiliate Program – Terms and Conditions
Welcome to the Timeslot Affiliate Program. By registering as an affiliate, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before participating in the program.
1. Program Overview
The Timeslot Affiliate Program allows content creators, influencers, and promoters (“Affiliates”) to earn a commission for every qualifying sale generated through their unique affiliate link and promo code. Affiliates receive access to a personal dashboard to track performance and earnings.
2. Commission Structure
- Commission is either a percentage-based or fixed fee per sale, depending on the specific arrangements made by the event organizer.
- Affiliates will be able to view the commission structure per event in their dashboard.
- Commissions are only earned on completed and non-refunded orders.
3. Payout Terms
- The minimum payout threshold is K50.
- If this threshold is not reached before the event date, payout will be processed on the first business day after the event concludes.
- Affiliates must provide accurate Mobile Money account details, including the correct name matching the registered account, to avoid payout delays.
- Timeslot is not responsible for failed transactions due to incorrect or mismatched payout details.
4. Promo Code Usage
- Affiliates are strictly prohibited from using their own affiliate link or promo code to receive a discount or earn commissions.
- Any violation of this policy will result in immediate suspension or deactivation without notice and forfeiture of any unpaid earnings.
5. Affiliate Dashboard
- All affiliates are provided with a secure dashboard to monitor sales, commissions, and payout history.
- The data shown may be subject to periodic updates or corrections, especially in cases of order cancellations or disputes.
6. Order Cancellations and Adjustments
- If an order is cancelled or refunded, the corresponding commission amount will be deducted from the affiliate’s pending balance.
- These adjustments will be reflected in the affiliate’s dashboard.
7. Affiliate Conduct and Account Suspension
- Timeslot reserves the right to suspend, deactivate, or blacklist any affiliate account at its sole discretion and without prior notice.
- Grounds for suspension may include, but are not limited to:
- Fraudulent activity
- Misrepresentation of Timeslot or event organizers
- Violation of promo code policies
- Abusive or unethical promotional practices
8. No Fees or Requirements to Join
- Registration to the Timeslot Affiliate Program is completely free.
- There are no performance or qualification requirements to become an affiliate.
- However, all affiliates must comply with these Terms and Conditions at all times.
9. Liability and Disclaimers
- Timeslot acts solely as a platform for event organizers and does not run, manage, or take responsibility for individual events.
- Timeslot is not liable for event cancellations, changes, or any related losses.
- In the event of disputes related to an organizer’s event, Timeslot will cooperate to provide support, but final responsibility lies with the event organizer.
10. Marketing and Brand Use
- Affiliates may only use approved marketing materials and branding assets provided or authorized by Timeslot.
- Any misleading, offensive, or unauthorized use of the Timeslot brand will result in immediate removal from the program.
11. Modification of Terms
- Timeslot reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
- Continued participation in the affiliate program following changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
12. Governing Law
- These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Zambia.
By registering and participating in the Timeslot Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions in full.
